Our Story of Quality

Six years ago, we started with a simple belief: every software release should work as intended. That belief grew into something bigger than we expected.

How We Got Here

Back in 2019, I was debugging a payment system at 2 AM on a Sunday. The issue? A simple test case that nobody thought to run. That night changed everything for me.

Starting PortalXSys wasn't about building another testing company. It was about preventing those 2 AM calls. We've worked with over 200 businesses since then, and each project taught us something new about what really matters in software quality.

What surprises people is how personal testing becomes. When a client's e-commerce site processes orders flawlessly during their biggest sale day, that's not just passing tests – that's protecting someone's livelihood.

What We Do Best

Testing isn't just about finding bugs. It's about understanding how real people will use your software and making sure it works for them.

TC

Test Case Architecture

We design test scenarios that mirror real user behavior. Last month, our edge-case testing caught a data loss bug that would have affected 15,000 customer records. That's the kind of detail that matters.

EX

Execution Excellence

Our execution process combines automated efficiency with human insight. We run comprehensive test suites while focusing on the scenarios that automated tools often miss – like that weird thing users do on mobile devices.

Meet Our Lead

Henrik Bergström

Lead Test Architect

Henrik started his career fixing broken checkout systems for Nordic e-commerce companies. After moving to Taiwan in 2018, he noticed how many growing businesses struggled with software quality as they scaled.

His approach combines European precision with Asian market understanding. Henrik speaks three languages fluently, which helps when working with international development teams who need clear, actionable test documentation.

When he's not designing test frameworks, you'll find him hiking in Yangmingshan or trying to perfect his Chinese pronunciation at the local coffee shop.

Our Approach to Quality

Collaborative testing environment with focus on quality assurance

Real-World Focus

We test software the way actual users interact with it. That means considering slow internet connections, old browsers, and the fact that people rarely read instructions carefully.

Our test cases reflect real business scenarios. If you're a restaurant using a delivery app, we test what happens when orders pile up during lunch rush, not just whether the app opens properly.

Comprehensive quality assurance testing methodology and results

Quality software isn't just about passing tests – it's about creating experiences that work reliably when people need them most. That's what drives everything we do.
